We do not offer cash or bank refunds. If your return is approved due to valid reasons (like damage or wrong item), you will receive a store credit (coupon code) of the same value, which you can use on your next purchase.
We only accept return requests if:
You received a damaged or broken product
You received the wrong product or size
Returns are not accepted for:
Minor color differences due to screen or lighting
Personal dislikes after use
Sale/discounted items
Hygiene-sensitive products like earrings (unless damaged)
To be eligible for a return, you must share a complete unboxing video that clearly shows:
The package being opened from the original courier box
The product inside, showing the damage or incorrect item
Note:
The video must be recorded without cuts or edits
No return request will be accepted without the original unboxing video

Attach the unboxing video and photos of the damaged/wrong product.
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days.
If approved, you will receive a store credit coupon (valid for 6 months) equal to the value of the product.
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
For COD orders, refusal to accept delivery may result in blacklisting for future orders.
